The amount of spam received on the Wing Helper support address is so huge, that I can not disable the automated spam filter. Also unfortunately, these automated spam filters quite frequently misinterpret valid support requests as spam, which means I never get to see them.
I reguarly check my spam folders for valid support questions, but I can not guarantee, that I will not miss some of them - that happens from time to time.
In case your support request is not replied to within a few days, please re-send the request, maybe a bit differently formated, so that the spam filter does not throw it away.
I am sorry for the inconvenience, I have not yet found a way to solve this problem.
